Orders ship 1 to 3 days after receipt of order.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, during business hours.

Please note that you may not be able to add some oversize products into your shopping cart for purchase because they can only be shipped via Freight Forwarder, please contact our sales department (sales@animalcaredirect.com) to obtain an estimate for shipping. 

Free Local Delivery Miami, FL ( Orders over $50)

Free Local Delivery is offered for clients with order shipping location within Miami-Dade County, Florida. Free local Delivery is limited to orders $50 or more. Free local Delivery is not offered for oversized products that can be shipped via Freight Forwarder. Deliveries are only made Monday through Friday during business hours unless differently stated by carrier.

Free delivery to Broward & Palm Beach Counties, FL ( Orders over $50)

Free delivery is offered for clients with order shipping location within Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. Free delivery is limited to orders $50 or more. Free Delivery is not offered for oversized products that can be shipped via Freight Forwarder. Deliveries are only made Monday through Friday during business hours unless differently stated by carrier.

 Management reserves the right to deny Delivery service and maintains the option of type of shipment rendered, and delivery service type. Normally Standard ground service will be used. Same day delivery is not guaranteed, it is recommended orders be placed in the morning, and urgency requirements be notified to our sales department.
